Enjoy exclusive admissions benefits through our ticketing system. In order to access your admissions benefits, you must be present at the time of entry into the Lagoon. It is important to note that your admissions benefits are built under your personal email address and phone number.

Benefits are non-transferable and employee must be the paying party to receive any discounts.

Receive your employee discount for purchases on food, beverage and retail when you sign up for Lagoon Employee Exclusive Perks (LEEP).

Please note, you will not receive your employee discount outside of your registered employee loyalty account. If you have not registered your account, you will not receive your loyalty discount.

You will need the Employee Loyalty Card Number issued in your onboarding packet. If you do not have an Employee Loyalty Card Number please click here and fill out the requested form.

You must register before your Card Number is active; following activation your card is available for immediate use.

Once registered, sign in to your Employee Loyalty Account

During the month of your birthday, you’ll receive a $15 MetroMoney reward added to your loyalty account.

To be eligible, please make sure your birthday is added to your loyalty profile. Please note: Your birthday reward will expire 30 days after your birthday.
